Asset Managers.  This works in a Buyer’s advantage.  Quick Sale Real Estate’s
fiduciary obligation is to it’s Buyers.  We focus on one goal:  getting the Buyer the best
possible price on their property choice.

Our area of coverage ranges from Santa Barbara to Paso Robles, with our primary
activity in Santa Maria, Orcutt and Lompoc.   In these areas there are hundreds,
perhaps thousands of properties offered for sale.  It is not uncommon to observe 100
– 200 changes in the MLS each day.  This is why it is imperative for the Buyer to be
Pre-Approved, and ready to purchase.
